Which of these two girls names do you prefer?
Marina Chanel Morris
Laila Michelle Morris
Marina Chanel: My husband and I met in the Marines... so "Marina" has some significance to us. I picked "Chanel" for a possible middle name, because when paired with Marina it sounds very similar to my mother's name, Michelle.
Laila Michelle: "Laila" is an Arabic name, which pays tribute to my family's heritage. Again, the middle name "Michelle" is after my mother.
I love them both!

I definitely love Laila Michelle Morris. Why try to pair two names to sound like your mom's name when you can just put her name in there? And also I really like that you are using a fir name that pays tribute to your heritage. Good choice!

No one ever said that twins should have rhyming names, close names, etc...let them have their own personality. We have 6 sets of twins in our family...most of them were named rhyming names and they hate them.
Simmone Whitnee is nice...Skye Whitnee leaves something to be desired..but this is just my humble opinion :) I do think the name Skye is pretty though :) Good luck with the babies...and get all the sleep you can now!

Nora. It's my grandma's name. I love that it's very old-fashioned. I don't like Greta as much, it makes me think of Hansel and Gretel.

Reply:You know what is funny? I asked a question similar to this a few months ago, and after reading all of the responses I felt discouraged. That is until I realized that this was the name for my baby. This little girl has been inside of me, moving, kicking, hiccuping, and showing me lots of peices of her personality. I realized that her name should be a combination of who i am and her. With that in mind, your names are beautiful and when paired with the right baby will be even more beautiful.
Good luck, and no matter what you choose, please dont be discouraged by what a group of strangers(including me) have to say.

Reply:You know what is funny? I asked a question similar to this a few months ago, and after reading all of the responses I felt discouraged. That is until I realized that this was the name for my baby. This little girl has been inside of me, moving, kicking, hiccuping, and showing me lots of peices of her personality. I realized that her name should be a combination of who i am and her. With that in mind, your names are beautiful and when paired with the right baby will be even more beautiful.
Good luck, and no matter what you choose, please dont be discouraged by what a group of strangers(including me) have to say.

Hi, We have found out from the 20 week scan that we are having a GIRL !!! Really, really pleased as we have 4 boys already. I have loads of names I like and have now narrowed it down to a top seven and I would be interested to hear other peoples opinions.
