Adriana - Very classy. But it sounds a little old and stuck up

Adriana is a derivative of the name Hadrian which gets it name from a town in northern Italy and from the Adriatic Sea. I like this name better, it's very nice and roles off the tongue.


Kyra is from the name Cyrus which could be from the Greek for far sighted or from the Persian for Sun. I'm not a big fan of this one because it puts me in mind of the Egyptian city of Cairo.
