I like the name Finley better. It is a Scottish name meaning "fair warrior".

I definitely like Finley best. Are you set on spelling it that way? How about Finnlie, Finnlae, Finlee, or something like that. I tend to think the letter "Y" is more masculine, and since the name Finnley lends itself more to the male sex, I'd suggest trying to make the spelling a little more feminine.
